Credit Application

Control Consultants offers open credit to customers with a good credit history. To obtain open credit with Control Consultants Inc. please complete our credit application and fax or mail the credit application back to our office for processing. The standard credit application takes approximately one week to process while we check bank and trade references. Upon completion of the credit process you will be notified as to your status and if approved a credit limit will be assigned to your account. Our stand terms for all customers are Net 30 days.

If you so choose, we also accept the use of credit cards for payment. We take American Express, MasterCard and Visa.
