Responsibilities
Provide technical support via phone, computer and site visits to CCI partner contractors within your territory.  Work to educate new customers to become self sufficient with the various programmable controllers that CCI sells. Provide semi-annual one-on-one training with customers enrolled in CCI’s WEBs or Vykon programs. Educate existing customers on all new technologies provided by CCI that may enhance their business. Provide technical support for sales presentations to new potential partners arranged by outside sales team. Provide end user training in the use of and expansion opportunities of the DDC system installed in their facility.

Skills and Experience

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work autonomously while regularly reporting in to your supervisor
• Displays a strong work ethic and courteous, positive attitude
• Eager to learn and take on new responsibilities
• In depth knowledge of commercial HVAC, control systems, control sequence and strategies
• Minimum 5 years of DDC experience
• Strong knowledge of the following: Lon, BACnet, Modbus, Sedona, System Integration
• Niagara AX Certification
• College degree or Technical Certificate in Engineering or an HVAC/Controls discipline
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Compensation               

• Salary: Based on Experience
• Car allowance: $750.00 per month
• Office allowance: $50.00 per month (Office Phone and High Speed Internet Access)

• Control Consultants will provide a minimum of one week of factory training per year with 100% reimbursement of any related expenses.
• Control Consultants will provide continuous ongoing in-house training.
• Continuing Education up to 80% reimbursement for pre-approved job related courses.

Tools
Control Consultants will provide all tools required to perform the required tasks (i.e., Laptop PC, Smart Phone, Office Supplies, Test Meters, etc.).
